Scope
A week to map the domain, the constraints and the riskiest assumption. You leave with a plan and a number, not a proposal deck.

Prototype
The unknown part gets built first — the integration, the model, the throughput question — so surprises land in week two, not month four.

Build
Two-week increments against a real environment. Tests, CI and observability go in with the feature, not in a cleanup phase afterwards.

Operate
Deploy, monitor, iterate — or hand over a documented system your own team can run. Both endings are fine; we plan for the one you want.
Measure before you deploy
Every change ships behind a check we agreed on in advance. If the number doesn't move, we say so instead of redefining the number.
